#1 The first reason why we consider Enerex liquid Marine Phytoplankton to be a scam is because they store their plankton mostly in a Glycerin watery solution that they claim has 125mg of Marine Phytoplankton per serving. But we strongly disagree! And we’re sure you will too once you view our photos. Glycerin is a neutral, sweet-tasting, colorless, thick liquid, and it appears to be what is mostly in their bottle because as you can see from the photos below, there’s nothing but a light clear liquid inside. Keep in mind that the most nutritionally rich Marine Phytoplankton species will be green like tiny little vegetables of the sea. So something is WRONG just by looking at it! (See examples 1, 2, and 3 below)

#2- The second reason why we consider Enerex liquid Marine Phytoplankton to be a scam is because “wet” plankton equals 1/3 the quantity of freeze dried Marine Phytoplankton. In other words, just 1-gram of our freeze dried Marine Phytoplankton equals 3-grams of their “wet” plankton… get it? 1-bottle of Enerex liquid Super Phytoplankton has 10 grams of phytoplankton in it, but in reality, it equals only 3.33 grams of our phytoplankton! That also means 3 times more profit for Enerex! That’s good them! But bad for YOU!

#3 The reason why we consider Enerex Super Phytoplankton (sold in capsules) to be a scam is because their 500mg capsules have only 50mg of Marine Phytoplankton, with Kelp used as the remainder 450mgs. Kelp is cheap, thereby enabling them to get more profit per bottle sold.

But there is one thing we do respect them for; they are the only company we can find that states right on their website that they grow their phytoplankton in artificially made “Sea” water. The following was taken right off their website…

“The water at the facility is NOT ocean water. A well on-site brings up fresh water from 200' feet. The water is sterilized at 160 F' (71 C') for 20 minutes, then salts, trace nutrients, and vitamins are added to create artificial seawater. Example #1

First, we added one serving (125mg) of Enerex Super Phytoplankton liquid to the glass on the right. As you can see, it slightly discolored the water but is mostly clear.

Example #2

Next, we added the entire bottle of Enerex Super Phytoplankton liquid to the glass which they claim has 10 grams (10,000mg) of Marine Phytoplankton in it. Our glass on the left has just 2 capsules (1-gram) in it. Dose it looks like Enerex Super Phytoplankton liquid has 10 times more phytoplankton in it then ours?

We poured some Enerex Phytoplankton liquid from right out of their bottle so you can see it at 100% strength. Not very impressive, is it?

Example #4

Next we took Enerex Super Phytoplankton capsules and added 5 capsules to the 12 oz glass of water on the right, which should give us 250mg to look at. But this isn’t a very fair example due to the fact that there is so much more kelp in their capsules (which is normally brown in color) then there is marine Phytoplankton (which is normally green). But never the less, based on what we just seen in the liquid Marine Phytoplankton, we don’t expect anything better!
